If you want, instead of boiling chicken breast, you can use chicken already cooked advanced (roasted or boiled), calculated that it is always about 250 g.

- 250g chicken breast
- 200g salad
- 4 passion fruit
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
Boil a pot of salted water, add the chicken breast and cook for about 30 minutes. Drain and let it cool.
Cut the fruit of the passion in half, remove the pulp
with the help of a teaspoon, then pass two thirds through
a sieve to remove the black seeds.
Put the pulp and the remaining one in a small bowl, add
3 tablespoons of oil and the juice of half a lemon. Beat with a small whisk or a fork and emulsify well.
Taste, season with salt and pepper and taste with the addition of lemon juice if desired.
Reduce the chicken into strips, add it to the salad and season with the passion fruit dressing.
