About this Recipe

Cashew milk replaces milk of animal origin, as well as that of almonds for example. Remember to buy natural cashews, not salted. You can add a bit of sifted cocoa powder to the cashew nut milk and make a good drink. If you want to sweeten it, add a little honey or 1-2 date smoothies.

  • 100g unsalted cashew nuts
  • 4dl water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)

Making

Put the cashews in the blender cup with water. 

Add the vanilla and blend everything until the cashews are reduced to pulp. 

Put everything in a gauze and filter the liquid.

As you pull the edges of the gauze and squeeze it until
the solid part is completely inside.
