About this Recipe

If at the end of the cooking the crust are still a bit pale, turn on the grill and check the surface until it becomes golden.

You can vary the fruit of the crumble according
to the season: mixed berries, plums, pears and peaches. You can also make a mix, such as apples and plums, or peaches and apricots…

If you want to prepare the classic version of this dessert, non-gluten-free, just replace the almond flour and chopped almonds with 200 g of white flour..

  • 3 apples
  • 150g almond flour
  • 50g chopped almonds
  • 100g butter
  • 110g sugar
  • cinnamon powder

very easy

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin slices. Make a first layer of apple slices in four single baking dishes, sprinkle them with little sugar and cinnamon powder, then cover with another layer.

Continue in the same way, sprinkling the various layers with sugar and cinnamon until you finish all the apples.

Mix the almond flour with chopped almonds, chopped butter and about 70 g of sugar(the remaining sugar) and form a crumble mixture mixing the ingredients with the fingertip.

Distribute it in the baking dishes over the apples in a thick layer and bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes. Serve the crumble with, if you want, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
